How to Book

After browsing through our properties, you will have picked some favourites, have questions about which one will best suit your party or want to find out about availability. We know each property in detail and by completing and returning our Enquiry Form as early as possible our Sales Manager will be able to suggest the villas or apartments that will give you and your party the best holiday in Goa.

After you have made your final selection, email us with the property name and dates of your choice and we will check on its availability and reserve that property for you. We will email to confirm the reservation, the rental price and deposit required.

Please complete the on-line Booking Form and e-mail to our office. The costs of the grocery hampers and the taxi transfers are shown on the Services Page. Any costs relating to grocery hampers and taxi transfers will be shown on your invoice and will be payable with the final balance. A non-returnable deposit of one third of the property rental price is required at the time of booking. If the booking is within 10 weeks of departure, the full amount is due.

Payment may be made in the following ways:

By a Cheque drawn on a UK Bank and made payable to: Lazydays in Goa Ltd.

By Credit/Debit card: We accept most major cards i.e Switch, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, JCB. There are no transaction charges for use of these cards


PSection 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 provides protection for monies you pay to us using a credit card. Providing you pay at least £100 of the total rental costs on your credit card. then all monies paid to us in respect of the same transaction (rental) are covered by Section 75. This means that if a you pay by credit card you can claim your money back from the card company if the seller fails to honour the contract, or the item is faulty or if the seller wrongly describes it or if the supplier goes out of business with the customers’ money before the item is delivered

We allow 7 days from the date of your reservation for your booking form and monies to reach us. If we do not receive them within this time, we will automatically release you reservation.

A balance invoice will be sent confirming your arrangements.

The full balance is due 10 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Methods of payment are the same as at paragraph 4 above.

On receipt of the full balance, a final confirmation letter is sent giving you transfer details and details of any additional services you have requested.

All bookings are subject to Our Terms of Business and Essential Booking Information that you must read.


As a condition of booking, Lazydays in Goa requires that you take out adequate holiday insurance cover for each person in your party. At least 21 days prior to departure we will require you to furnish us with the Company Name and policy number of your insurance, together with the 24 hour emergency telephone number. If you fail to provide Lazydays with these details, we reserve the right to cancel your booking with no refund of payments you have made to us.

Travel Arrangements

We recommend that travel arrangements are made at the time of booking your accommodation with us.

Check in time at all our villas is 3pm. If you require earlier access and subject to availability the following terms apply.

  • Arrive between 9am and 3pm - half day rental.
  • Arrive before 9am - full day rental.
  • Check out time is 12am if you require a later departure the following terms apply.
  • Depart before 5pm - half day rental.
  • Depart after 5pm - full day rental.

Transfer Arrangements

Our accommodation is privately owned and locations not known to most taxi drivers. It is essential, therefore, that we arrange your transfer to your villa or apartment and we will require your arrival details as soon as they are finalised. Please check on “Our Services” for details of the vehicle options (including a vehicle for carrying extra cases).


All foreign nationals must have a visa when intending to travel to India. If you do not have a valid visa when checking in for your flight to India you will be denied boarding.

PLEASE NOTE: Please check especially carefully where you have elected to include children on an adult’s visa as it has been known for them to be omitted causing upset and frustration at time of departure.

Travellers from the UK

With effect from May 29 2008, the High Commission of India has out-sourced the collection and delivery of visa applications to VF Services UK Ltd. From this date neither the High Commission of India in London nor the Consulates General of India in Birmingham and Edinburgh will accept walk-in visa applications or postal applications. The only exception will be for diplomatic/official/UN passports. If you do not wish to use VF Services Ltd , you may still use specialist visa companies and Travel Agents. Full details on visa categories, fees and how to submit an application on – line are given on the VFS website

Please note visas are not issued by VFS. They are only a courier service. If you submit your application in person to one of their offices you will not be able to collect your passport and visa that day.

Travellers from other countries. Details of the types of visas available and their fees may be obtained from the Indian Embassy which will usually be located in the capital city of the relevant country. The web pages of the local Indian Tourist Office will also contain details.
